fstrm-bin software package provides Frame Streams (fstrm) library (utilities), you can install in your Debian 9 (Stretch) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install fstrm-bin
fstrm-bin is installed in your system.
Make ensure the fstrm-bin package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep fstrm-bin *
You will get with fstrm-bin package name, version, architecture and description in a table
